Open Mosque Day
Open Mosque Day
Building Bridges Through Understanding and Dialogue
Open Mosque Day is a nationwide initiative that invites our neighbors and community members to step inside our masajid (mosques) and learn more about Islam and American Muslims. In Arizona, we proudly participate in this effort by opening our doors to anyone who wishes to gain a deeper understanding of our faith, culture, and community.
Visitors are welcomed with open arms and guided through our mosques, where they can observe prayers, ask questions, and engage in meaningful conversations with community members. The day also includes presentations and exhibitions that provide insights into Islamic beliefs, practices, and contributions to society.
Open Mosque Day is about fostering mutual respect and understanding by breaking down barriers and dispelling misconceptions. We invite you to join us in this effort to build stronger, more inclusive communities where everyone is valued and respected.
